1. Glass thickness range: can we process 3mm glass?
You could choose glass thickness 3 mm - 8mm to instead of 4-12mm. So for sure, you could process 3mm Glass.
2. Spare parts list : do you recommend something else than what is in the provided list?
Yes, a List of common Accessories that includes mechanic part and electrical part will be supplied.
3. Service access: where do we call if we have a problem, do you have a service center accessible 24/7?
There 300 sets of Machines more (Includes Double Edges, Loaders, Unloaders, Seamer) installed in South America and North America, and there are 2 Major engineer work here long time. (they both have US Visa and Canada Visa: Multiple). The factory supply the powerful service which other Chinese factories can't do.
4. Installation duration.
For one Single Seamer, it need around 5-7 working days for the installation and acceptance and Training.
5. Water recirculation and treatment system: do you include this system?
No, This is just a seamer machine, it not includes treatment system.
