Porch-Shaped Overhead Crane
The outlooking looks like a porch; the vacuum lifter runs along the traveling beam of the porch; the traveling beam runs along the main beam of the frame.
It is widely used in insulating glass lines, lamination lines, vertical CNC, tempering lines, and also cutting lines, it with advantages of space-saving, stability to operate, manpower-saving, and large area coverage.
The Porch-Shaped Overhead Crane takes your glass sheet to the production line and the right position that you'd like. It is equipped with a vacuum lifter to operate your glass sheet up and down, rotate and turn over, quite easy to operate for one worker.
Vacuum glass lifters
Vacuum glass lifters have become widely used for lifting glass sheets in the factory and glass wall installation outdoors.
Safety and efficiency are two of the main reasons for using vacuum glass lifters. Not only does this equipment allow for a reduction in the number of personnel required to move to the pipe, but it also minimizes the risk of injury to ground personnel. Glasses are moved safely and stacked without extra personnel in the unloading area.
Our vacuum glass lifters are used Thomas brand (the United States) as the vacuum pump and Japan SMC as the control system of the electrical component, the vacuum pads are imported and made with special silicones, it features no crack at -20 degrees and high-temperature resistance of 90 degrees.
When the equipment is suddenly cut off or the air pipe bursts, the control system will automatically lock the vacuum to ensure that the glass will not fall for 10-15 minutes.
