The automatic glass cutting machine utilizes a suction cup to securely lift individual sheets of glass, including large and thick panels positioned nearly vertically on a glass shelf. It then seamlessly transitions the glass to a horizontal orientation via mechanical transmission before employing a cutting system for precise cutting. This innovative solution addresses challenges such as handling large, thick glass, which often leads to difficulties, safety hazards, significant cutting inaccuracies, and low production efficiency.

The automatic glass cutting machine is designed for easy and safe operation, offering rapid processing, high precision, and labor efficiency. The loading mechanism is managed by a microcomputer (PLC programmable controller), while the cutting system utilizes a CNC numerical control operating system. 	Automatic cutting The cutter head is made of German Boler head and can be rotated freely in 360 degrees to cut any shape. Computer control, automatic cutting according to optimized layout.
	Air floating platform The machine has an air floating system, and more than one hundred air holes are evenly arranged on the cutting table to ensure the stability of the airflow. It is very easy to push and pull the glass.
