Features

Product use attention:
1. When using a crane or forklift to carry pneumatic suction cups, do not manually support the pneumatic suction cups! During transportation, the staff cannot climb on the pneumatic suction cup or stand under the pneumatic suction cup!
2. When installing the air supply, it must be connected after the air supply is cut off, and a striking sign must be set!
3. Before starting the pneumatic suction cup, please confirm whether the installation of each system is correct to ensure safety!
4. When the pressure of the vacuum pressure gauge is lower than 0.04MPa, it is prohibited to suck and hang the glass!
5. The customer's unauthorized modification of the product is not covered by the company's warranty, and the company is not responsible for it!
6. It is strictly forbidden for the pneumatic suction cup to exceed the maximum load, as overloading will cause serious consequences!
7. The operation of starting the suction cup must be carried out by qualified personnel!
8. It is forbidden to enter the range of movement of the pneumatic suction cup to avoid personal injury!
9. The operation and maintenance personnel of the pneumatic suction cup must wear safety protection equipment!
10. Do not touch moving mechanical parts to prevent personal injury!
11. Ensure that the air supply pressure of the air source is within the range of 0.6-0.8MPa. (Within ±10%)
12. When using pneumatic suction cups, please install a safety barrier in the active area.
13. Operators must go through special training, and only after passing the examination can they start working, and strictly abide by the safety operation regulations.
14. Do not carry objects other than the specified glass.
15. Do not transport glass that weighs more than 300kg.
16. Do not leave unguarded loads in the air.
17. Check whether the bolts and fasteners are loose, and tighten them in time if they are loose.
18. Connect the air source and adjust the air source pressure to 0.6-0.8MPa.
19. Check whether the lips of each suction cup are scratched.
