4,Equipment performance:
- The whole machine material is selected by the national standard manganese-containing bridge steel (Q345A) for welding and aging treatment. The comprehensive mechanical properties of this kind of steel is nice, it has good plasticity and weld ability. The surface is subjected to a special process to remove surface rust and oxide layer, and the bottom layer is sprayed with high-grade zinc yellow polyester paint, and spray high grade automotive paint on the surface.
- The vacuum system is designed reasonably, the vacuum is high and reliable, sucking glass sheet speed is fast, and the vacuum pressure switch adopts the Delta brand.
- The device has a one-button reset function, all the preparations before the automatic start can be completed by pressing the touch screen, which greatly improves the work efficiency. The device has a fault alarm and a safety alarm device.
- The glass lifting mechanism adopts a flat four-bars linkage structure, which is more stable and reliable than the conventional screw lifting mechanism.

- Real-time tracking display of cutter's path, record motion coordinates, axis status, I/0 status, fault diagnosis and record the alarming automatically.
- Accepting various of processing files, accept the DXF file of AUTOCAD, The system has its own graphic editing software
- The cutter's safe cutting distance can be set. When editing the processing file, you may not trim the glass sheet's edge, it can improve the glass utilization rate;
- DXF file has sorting function for the nearest point, cutting point, or clockwise, counterclockwise according to the graphic color and other options. Freely realize one direction cutting and two-directions cutting's changing.
- Graphic library's programming, select the alien shape from the library, set relevant parameters, processing quantity, automatic nesting, create processing path.
- Compensation function: cutter's eccentric compensation;
- Photoelectric positioning function (accurately confirm the actual position of the glass), automatically adjust cutting according to the actual position and deflection angles.
- Various protections: including soft and hard limit, cutter's pressure limit, external emergency stop control, etc.
- The speed increase/decrease button optimizes the machine cutting speed for different demand.
- The man-machine interface is simple and generous, the parameter adjustment is simple, and the parameters are small and simple for the operators.
