Product Description

This vacuum lifter is a multifunctional machine, which includes electric suction and deflation, electric flip, manual rotation, and manual tilting functions, which can easily realize the moving and handling of glass. The machine is light and flexible in operation, and it is a new type of glass handling machinery with energy saving, high efficiency and environmental protection. It is widely used in glass door and window factories, curtain wall glass installation and sheet transportation. In factories, warehouses, logistics centers and many other places, the use of vacuum cranes combined with forklifts to carry sheet glass is safe and efficient, and fully reflects its excellent flexibility, stability and environmental protection performance.

The suction cup equipment is limited to use with forklifts or forklifts.

Main components:
 

Vacuum pump: 1 vacuum pump, model CV-H845, DC 24V, maximum vacuum flow 40L/min, maximum vacuum pressure -85kpa
Each vacuum circle consists of:
1) The safety tank is independently designed, and the safety tank is equipped with a one-way valve to ensure long-term storage.
2) Panasonic digital display vacuum gauge is installed in front of the operator to ensure that the vacuum system status is clear at a glance
3) The digital vacuum switch detects the degree of vacuum, and the switch controls the vacuum start and end points to save energy. The preset parameters of the switch are -60kpa and pause at -70kpa.
5) Each vacuum system has a manual switch valve for manual control of "suction-closing"
6) DC powered linear actuator for tilting glass between horizontal and vertical
7) Rotation: slewing bearing with 360-degree rotation, each 90-degree has a spring lock to hold the position
8) The device has an integrated warning unit EW0 with audible signal. If the vacuum is lower than -60KPA, it will roar and automatically repressurize.
