Type one 
Product Name: X-02 Double Head Edge Grinding Machine

The edge grinding machine is our company's fifth-generation product. It employs the
principle and structure of four edges grinding and comes with a buffer device and the
the grinding wheel can move along all directions to meet the edge grinding needs of glass
with various specifications.

The universal diamond and resin wheels available in the
the market can be used as the grinding wheel; it is durable and can be changed easily; the
edge grinding effect is exquisite and no edge breakage will occur after the grinding,
and the self-explosion rate of the tempered glass is also reduced. It may be washed by
connecting to the washing machine on the front or at the side.

This machine also features water-type Low-E film removal device; the movable platforms on both sides can be disassembled or combined according to edge grinding needs. Device for grinding of the bottom edge can be added to meet customer's requirements.

Type two
Product Name: X-04 Glass Edge Grinding Machine

The edge grinding machine is a product evolved from the X-02 series edge grinding machine; it is designed for the chamfering of middle and small pieces of glass; both diamond wheel and resin wheel can be used. It features fast edge grinding speed, good grinding effect and simple operation; in addition, it can be washed directly by connecting to the washing machine, which is especially suitable for products with complex specifications and single pieces.  The water tank can realize automatic water circulation. Universal wheels are installed at the bottom for convenient moving in the workshop.



Type three
Product name : DAD-2800 horizontal multi-functional glass edge grinding machine

1. It is especially suitable for processing the round corner of the glass and windshield of cars. 2. Glass with different specifications can be put continuously without manual adjustment and attention. 3. This machine can be connected with the glass washing machine from the front or the side, making one-step to reach from grinding to washing, thus saving manpower and time without interference with connected four edges grinding and other devices. 4. This machine completely gets rid of the disadvantages of same devices such as rough grinding and exploding easily when the glass is put in high-temperature stove, or secondary debris scratches. It can finish irregular grinding movement to straight, round, triangle or wavy edges. 5. Its unique working platform can effectively avoid glass scratch and surface indentation and improve speed to process glass.

Product Name : Water type belt machine

This machine is a water circulation belt machine, which can avoid the dust floating in the air; special polyurethane wheels can ensure that no scratch will occur to the glass. The grinding is exquisite which reduces the self-explosion rate of tempered glass. Pneumatic control valve can help quick and synchronous replacement of belt. The host and work platform can be dissembled and combined without difficulties; it serves several purposes and can save space.

Type five
Product Name : Water type belt machine

This machine is the upgrade product of water type belt machine A, added depended wheel to the platform under the water type belt machine A, thus the glass could pass through in a straight line when grinding. The grinding of chamfer is orderly and neat. This machine adds eccentric wheel on the mainframe, which could not only adjust the position of abrasive belt and the degree of tightness, but also could adjust the grinding angle of glass.
