The IGU line is designed to transform the production of insulating glass from manual to machine - based operation. It connects each production link through a system for seamless production.
Production Process
First, two pieces of glass, which can be either original or tempered, are fed into the hollow production line. Subsequently, they go through a series of processes: washing, drying, spacer frame making, desiccant filling, first sealing (using butyl glue), inspection, frame - and - sheet placement, sheet pressing, second sealing (with polysulfide or silicone glue), and finally unloading.
