Product Introduction
The vertical and horizontal beveling machine is a new type of glass deep processing equipment. It has changed the traditional glass chain conveying method and adopted the synchronous belt conveying method, which greatly improves the edging precision. The machine features a compact structure, a reasonable layout, and a harmonious appearance. It is mainly composed of five major systems, namely the control system, the grinding system, the clamping and conveying system, the cooling system, and the receiving system.
System Composition and Features
- Control System: The meter is used to display the current and voltage, making the operation status of the machine clearly visible at a glance.
- Grinding System: A high-speed three-phase AC motor is selected, with a designed service life of up to 20 years.
- Clamping and Conveying System: It adopts single worm gear speed change and AC frequency conversion speed control. During operation, the running speed of the glass can smoothly transition between 0 and 4 meters to meet different process requirements. The timing belt is made of imported Italian materials, with PU and red glue adhered to its surface. This reduces the damage rate of the glass during the clamping and conveying process, and ensures sufficient clamping force between the glass and the timing belt during operation, preventing relative sliding between the glass and the timing belt and ensuring the accuracy of the grinding lines.
- Cooling System: It adopts a circulating water, double-pump and double-tank cooling method, and polishing powder is added to one of the water tanks. This not only ensures circulating cooling but also improves the polishing brightness.
- Receiving System: The same synchronous belt as that of the conveying system is used to avoid surface scratches on the glass during operation. The control part and the working part are organically coordinated, reflecting a humanized design concept.

Daily Maintenance
- Timing Belt Tooth Surface Lubrication:It is necessary to apply lubricating grease to the tooth surface of the back of the timing belt three times. Otherwise, the premature wear of the working surfaces of the front and rear beam guides will affect the normal service life of the machine. Each time you fill the lubricating grease, you must open the timing belt of the machine to the tooth surface. Just rotate the timing belt 2 turns.
- Adjustment of Glass Clamping Force:When clamping the glass, the clamping force should be appropriate. If it is too loose, it will affect the grinding quality. If it is too tight, it will increase the load on the machine, causing jitter and crawling phenomena, and it is also easy to crush the glass when thinning the glass. You can test the clamping force with a slightly larger glass clamp on the machine. That is to say: clamp the glass in the middle of the machine, and use both hands to move the glass when the machine is stopped. Adjust the clamping force to the point where both hands cannot move the glass.
- Precautions for Replacing New Grinding Wheel:Note that after replacing the new grinding wheel, rotate the motor forward and backward handle clockwise to back out of the parallel grinding line to prevent the glass from damaging the grinding wheel.
- Replacement of Polishing Coolant:It is recommended to replace the cerium oxide polishing coolant once a month. Due to the wool generated during the polishing of the wool wheel, if it is not replaced in time, the polishing effect will be poor.
