The Single-Arm Special-Shaped Edging Machine is expertly designed for grinding various edge types, including straight, rounded, duckbill, and beveled edges, as well as round and oval glass. Utilizing vacuum suction, it securely holds glass on a single suction cup, powered by a motor that rotates either a five-star disk or an independent satellite turntable. This versatile configuration accommodates special-shaped flat glass with diameters ranging from 100-700 mm to 700-2100 mm.

The machine offers semi-automatic grinding for simply shaped special glass using a cylinder. It features manual wheel replacement for coarse grinding, fine grinding, and polishing during peripheral grinding processes. For bevel grinding, a bowl-shaped grinding wheel allows for precise angle adjustments.

Additional features include a brake system that minimizes movement gaps, and an adjustable load that reduces vibration, thereby enhancing both efficiency and the quality of edging.
