This equipment is mainly used for glass processing industry which is not convenient for manual handling of the larger glass, then this equipment lifts the glass for moving, also be used for the other requirements for producing.

Our vacuum lifter has six different set up ways which could meet your different requirement on the loading capacity. The loading capacity is 400kg when you set up it with 4-vacuum pad (Shape A, B, D & E); the loading capacity is 600kg when you set up it with 6-vacuum pad (Shape C); the loading capacity is 800kg when you set up it with 8-vacuum pad.

1. Vacuum pump: oil-free air-cooled vacuum pump, DC12V, DC charging type vacuum, which is the core part of the vacuum system, the maximum flow rate is 3m3/h, the highest vacuum is 75%, and energy saving, compact and light, no maintenance is required.

2. Vacuum suction cup: used to adsorb on the surface of the workpiece, the rubber and the workpiece contact to ensure that the surface of the workpiece will not be damaged. The suction cup material is nitrile rubber, diameter 300mm, oil resistant (benzene), durable, acid and alkali resistant, can effectively with glass Adsorption produces a vacuum. Single suction cup level theoretical maximum suction = effective area (theoretical area * coefficient) * calculated pressure (0.6 bar); = (0.15 * 0.15 * 3.14) * 0.6 * 10000 = 423.9 N, approximately 423.9 Kgf. According to the 4x safety factor, the actual allowable suction of the suction cup is 423.9/4 = 105.9 Kgf. The total suction of the four suction cups is 423.9kgf. Note: The vacuum suction mentioned in the above table is calculated under 60% vacuum. Under normal working conditions, the maximum vacuum of the system can reach more than 85%.

3. Vacuum filter: used to filter impurities and particles on the surface of the workpiece or in the air to ensure the service life of the vacuum pump.

4. Pressure sensor: used to visually display the system vacuum pressure to the operator to provide safety protection; when the vacuum system is pressed.When the force is insufficient, the electric signal is transmitted to the alarm system.

5. Push-pull valve: to control the passage between the vacuum pump and the suction cup, the suction cup and the atmosphere.

6. Vacuum check valve: When the power failure occurs in the system, the vacuum pump and the atmosphere are automatically shut off, and the accumulator is locked.Vacuum energy, providing sufficient holding time to ensure that the workpiece does not fall suddenly.

7. Manual ball valve: used to manually open or close the passage of vacuum pump and suction cup for easy maintenance.

8. Alarm indicator: When the suction of the single group suction cup is insufficient, the corresponding indicator light alarm.
