Usage Method
- Glass Placement: First, ensure the rack is positioned stably in the warehouse. Use an overhead crane to carefully lift the glass packs. Align the glass with the storage spaces on the rack, taking into account the maximum size limit. Lower the glass packs gently onto the high - quality rubber pads, which are designed to cushion and secure the glass.
- Rack Movement (if applicable): In cases where the rack needs to be repositioned within the warehouse, use appropriate machinery considering its weight and size. Due to its light and compact design, it can be moved with relative ease compared to bulkier storage options.
- Retrieval: When retrieving glass, operate the overhead crane following safety procedures. Slowly lift the glass pack from the rack, maintaining a steady motion to avoid any sudden jolts that could damage the glass.
- Electrical Operation: If using the electrical control feature, turn on the power supply. Use the control panel to adjust the speed to the desired 1m/min. This can be useful for functions like moving the rack components in a controlled manner during loading or unloading, if the design allows for such movement.
