| Usage Instructions 1. nstallation Power off the four - side grinder. Select a suitable resin wheel based on glass grinding needs (e.g., higher - grit for finer finishes). Align the wheel's center hole with the grinder's spindle. Secure it tightly with provided fasteners, ensuring no wobbling. 2. Operation After installation, turn on the grinder. Adjust the speed according to glass thickness and type (lower for thin glass, higher for thick glass). Place and fix the glass on the workbench. Start grinding, guiding the glass along the path. Monitor the effect and adjust speed, feed rate, or glass position if necessary. 3. Maintenance and Replacement Regularly check the wheel during use. Replace it if it shows excessive wear, such as reduced sharpness or uneven grinding. When replacing, power off and wait for the spindle to stop. Remove the old wheel, clean the spindle and installation area, and install the new wheel following the installation steps.
