Description:

The pneumatic vacuum glass lifter is widely used for lifting glass panes inside the factory with safety and efficiency advantages.
Not only does this equipment allow for a reduction in the number of operating workers, but also minimizes the risk of being hurt during operation. Glasse panes can be moved safely and stacked with the minimal human resources in the unloading area.

Toyo vacuum glass lifter is equipped with the Thomas brand vacuum pump and Japan SMC  control system of the electrical component. Besides, its vacuum pads are made from special imported silicone material, featured as no cracking at -20 degrees and high-temperature resistance of 90 degrees.

In case the equipment suddenly being cut off or the air pipe burst, the control system will automatically lock the vacuum to ensure the glass keeping stuck for 10-15 minutes.
