Product Application
This equipment is designed for storing bare - bag glass sized 24403660200mm. It can also handle other items of similar or smaller dimensions. Each set of the mobile rack has a maximum load capacity of 4000kg.
Structure & Operation
- Components: Composed of electrical and mechanical parts.
- Operation: The operator uses remote - control equipment to drive the motor. The motor then powers the mechanical pushing rod, moving a set number of mobile rack bodies in a specific direction. This enables efficient glass storage and placement. A single system can have up to 35 racks, offering high - density storage compared to some simpler, single - rack setups on the market.

3. Installation
- Warehouse Requirement: The warehouse height needs to be more than 4m.
- Shipping: One 40HQ can contain 20 racks, providing cost - effective shipping solutions compared to products that are less space - efficient during transportation.
