Product Description

The U-Shape Suspension arm is extensively utilized in glass factory workshops, stations, wharves, and other locations where containers are needed to lift glass. It can handle 20-foot glass panes, comparable in size to standard and high cube containers. This equipment eliminates the need for manual synchronization of two forklift trucks, ensuring that the glass and containers remain undamaged without dragging wooden cases. This makes the system safe, reliable, and cost-effective. It is compatible with overhead traveling cranes and other cranes, maximizing the use of available space without being restricted to specific areas. There are two versions of this product: Type B can load both large and small glass panes, while Type A is designed solely for loading and unloading large glass panes.

Classic Forklift Truck Crane Arm:
It can cooperate with the glass sling and glass hanging bar to do the goods loading, unloading and displacement.

Base Forklift Truck Crane:
For high usage rate of the fork, It can be used to directly insert without frequent unloading fork. After the glass staying close to the glass base frame, it can shift over a long distance without help of persons.

Hanging Bar Set-top Forklift Truck Crane Arm:
It can remove loading and unloading in small local warehouse door or workshop.

New-style Forklift Truck Crane Arm:
The crane arm adopts western design concept. The use of the material increased thickening to provide triangle support for the bearing parts, especially applicable for super-heavy goods.
