Description

This equipment is suitable for the placement and storage of the bare bag glass with the dimension of 2440*3660*200mm (or other objects with no larger dimension, and the maximum load of each set of the mobile rack is 4000kg). The equipment is composed of electrical part and mechanical part, and the operator will drive the motor via the remote-controlling equipment, which will drive the mechanical pushing rod to make mobile rack bodies of a certain amount on the equipment to move in a certain direction, and it can realize the storage and placing operation of the glass effectively. Quantity of racks for one system can up to 35.

A-shape shelf includes two types, i.e. storage rack and transport rack. The products select national standard material, safe and reliable. Shelf angle strictly controlled al 90 degrees, so it will never be slipped for the Hollowed Glass. With a crown block and forklift truck, it can move glasses with great stability. And also can be directly handled by Crane. The shelf can be overlaid one by one to save storage space, transport space and improve the utilization rate of the warehouse.

Our company produced the glass shelf mat leather with high-quality rubber, moderate hardness, and built-thick steel plate. The diameter of the nail hole is designed according to the orifice.
