L Frame Glass Storage Rack

Description

The L-shape shelf is a multi-functional glass stock rack integrating storage and transport all-in-one. It is the first choice to store fragmented glass or finished glass. The shelf angle is strictly controlled at 90 degrees, so it will never be slipped for the Insulated Glass. With crown block and forklift truck, it can move glasses with great stability. And also can be directly handled by Crane. The shelf can be overlaid one by one to save storage space, transport space and improve the utilization rate of the warehouse.


This product is widely used for high-end glass, hollow glass pairing, and other places with a strict requirement for glass placing. It can ensure that a single piece of glass remains undamaged when placing. For hollow glass pairing, it can take and put glass accurately to achieve the goal of saving manpower, time, and space.

The shelf has a device for fixing glass to avoid glass sliding down when moving. It uses a separated structure and is easy to disassemble and Install which can greatly reduce the costs of transportation.

Mainly used for access of raw glass sheets in glass factories and various types of deep processing plants of glass.

Our company produced the glass shelf mat leather with high-quality rubber, moderate hardness, and built-thick steel plate. The diameter of the nail hole is designed according to the orifice. Dovetail staples are rubber-coated to prevent glass bumps. In the production of conventional L shelf, conventional leather is of moderate length without cutting the stitching.
