Jib - Crane Description

A jib - crane features a horizontal jib arm supporting a moveable hoist or sucker lifter. It comes in three types: column, wall, and I - steel, depending on its fixing point.

Cantilever Crane Advantages

• Simple Structure: Easy to manufacture and operate, with a low - cost design.
• Versatile Use: Used in specific procedures or as a special device, sharing the main crane's load in production lines.

Column Cantilever Crane

• Installation: Fixed independently. The column, set in a basic flange bolted to concrete, is separate from the arm support.
• Movement: The arm support rotates 270 or 360 degrees, connected to the column by top and bottom holders. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
• Components: Consists of a column, an arm beam, a swing mechanism, and a lifting mechanism. The swing mechanism and arm flange are on the column. The sealed - box - structured cantilever beam has a hoist or sucker lifter on its I - beam, moving longitudinally. A gear - driven rotating mechanism powers the beam's rotation.
