Product Description

Glass washing machine is used for the flat glass washing and drying. It's a necessary equipment for glass processing enterprise. It's suitable for washing common glass, coated glass and LOW-E glass section. Washing and drying part can be lifted overall, have digital display or PLC for control option.
The machine adopts horizontal structure, put the flat glass on the transfer roller, through entrance part---- washing part ---- drying part (with 22kw drying machine) ---- exit part.
Glass transfer speed can reach to stepless speed adjustment according to the processing requirement. And we can adjust the glass with different thickness by using hand wheel and spring screw.

Product Parameters

 

There is stainless water sink in the entrance part. Transfer rubber covered roller can clean by itself at the revolve process; also with the sprinkler systems can wetting the glass surface before the glass enter the washing part, improve the washing effect.

The metal parts of the washing section which are contact with water, are all adopt stainless material.

Machine transmission adopts vulcanized rubber cover roller structure (prohibit acidic liquid get in touch), the maximum lift range for washing and drying parts is 400mm, in order to adapt washing different glass thickness and continence for cleaning and replacing the hairbrush.

There is three levels washing. Equip with 3 pairs of hairbrush roller(φ150mm), which can wash the LOW-E glass, common coated glass and sunshine coated glass. When washing the low-e glass, two pairs of strong hairbrush can raise up by the air cylinder, will never hurt the coated surface.

Drying part, air drying system equip two pairs of air knife, high pressure blower can completely drying the glass surface, large lateral wind power, good air drying effect. Equip high pressure blower 22kw, whole blower is installed on the top of the drying part, follow the washing and drying part lifting automatically.

The machine frame and others sheet metal parts which are not touching water, spray the senior mechanical paint after through the special technology processing. The paint with strong adhesion, bright durable surface.
