Product Description

TOYOCC designs the Smart Flat Glass Handling Systems with a vacuum system to handle any size of glass withno damage on the surface.

This machine is widely used in delicate glass deep processing, transportation, and glass curtain wall installation.

1. Used Q345 manganese steel material, square tube welding, safe and reliable.
2. Double system control, one vacuum system for working, and the other one for standby application;
3. Adopt an American THOMAS vacuum pump, Italy METALROTA heavy type driving wheels, Swiss BUCHER hydraulic power unit, and digital maintenance-free battery, it can walk freely without an air source or power supply.   
4. With 360 degrees rotation and 90 degrees turnover manually, allowing the operator to pick the flat glass accurately and gently.
5. With a Japanese PANASONIC digital display vacuum pressure switch and battery meter, clearly monitor the safe operation of the equipment. 
6. Equipped with a 12V backup battery. If the battery is dead during operation, it can be replaced in time to ensure the progress of the project. 
7. An auto vacuum filling system ensures the whole vacuum system maintains a relatively constant safe , provides uninterrupted operation with predictive maintenance.
8. Easy assembly of structural components, with the adjustable design, you can change the position of each suction cup, each suction cup with a separate control valve can hold different sizes of glass.
