This Air floating Film-Removing machine is a frequency conversion Low-E glass film-removing machine, adopting dual-track design, stable operation. The pressure from the film-removing wheel to the glass can be adjusted by the cylinder in order to remove the film completely meanwhile protect the glass from the burn. The removal film's width can be precisely adjusted by the bottom handwheel and scale. Under fully automatic mode, the distance of the stop block can be adjusted according to the size of the glass in order to ensure the moving of handpiece in this area; for skilled workers, they can adjust the speed of operation through the inverter. Under semi-automatic mode, you can manually control the operation of the handpiece, arbitrary stop, or work. The air float structure makes the glass spin more easily.
