Product Description

Our glass laminating machines work with standard PVB, SGP, and EVA film, as well as others. Each batch of glass is ready within 6-17 minutes depending on glass thickness and which film is used. Our machine can operate in bulk quantities or with single pieces. The highly automated design is easy to operate and one only needs to load glass into the uploading section. All processing would be finished by the machine itself, the finished glass would be conveyor fed to the unloading section

1. Non-Autoclave process and no need for the humidity-controlled room.
2. Performs equally well with normal PVB/SGP/EVA film, etc.
3. Automated processing, just input specifications into the touch screen.
4. 6-17 Minutes cycle time per batch or piece. (Depends on the thickness of glass.)

          2. Turn on the power, revolve up emergency switch, the face of touch screen:
            
              1) Select language
            2) The show "work state"
            
             press "work state" key to show the work state of  every layer
             red light is turn on the power, green light is turn off the power

             3) show parameter key" and temperature setting
            show the current temperature of every layer, glass surface temperature, and rement time
