The u-shaped container boom is widely used in glass factory workshops, stations, wharves, and other places where glass needs to be loaded or unloaded from the container.
This equipment is able to lift 20-foot glass whose size is similar to the standard and high cube container.
There is no need for manual coordination of two large tonnage forklift trucks. Also, it can cause no damage to glass and containers, without dragging wooden cases. making it safe and reliable to use with low costs. It can be used together with the overhead crane or hoist, which can make full use of the space, and is not subject to space restrictions.

This new type of hanging bar centralizes many advantages of others. According to the different sizes of glass (such as the compatibility of the glass whose length is 3300mm or 3660mm with the sling whose width is 100mm) and mechanics principles, it precisely calculates the bearing capacity of vertical and horizontal directions. And then this perfect new type of hanging bar by 3D was designed. It is suitable for glass with a length from 2000mm to 3660mm. The diameter of the seamless steel pipe extends to 146mm, and deep penetration is welded by an industrial-grade carbon dioxide arc welding machine; fine burnished welding spots protect the sling from damage. The above technologies ensure the safety of use. The surface of this hanging bar is processed by epoxy paint, rust resistance, corrosion resistance, ultraviolet-proof and strong adhesive, which prolongs the use life. Clear marks are made on each side of the hanging sling making it easier to operate. And it could be designed according to the customer's requirement.
