Product Description
The single-arm special-shaped edging machine is capable of grinding straight, rounded, duckbill, and beveled edges, as well as round and oval glass. It utilizes vacuum suction to secure the glass on a single suction cup, which is powered by a motor to rotate either a five-star disk or an independent satellite turntable. This setup allows for the processing of special-shaped flat glass with diameters ranging from 100-700mm to 700-2100mm. The machine can semi-automatically grind simply shaped special glass using a cylinder.
It features manual wheel replacement for coarse grinding, fine grinding, and polishing during periphery grinding. For bevel grinding, a bowl-shaped grinding wheel adjusts the angle to ensure precise results. Additionally, a brake system reduces movement gaps, and the adjustable load minimizes vibration, thereby enhancing both efficiency and edging quality.
