Glass Beveling Edge Grinding Machine in Vertical & Horizontal Type
Product Overview
The vertical & horizontal beveling machine is an innovative glass deep - processing device. It departs from the traditional glass chain - conveying method, instead adopting synchronous - belt conveying to significantly enhance edging precision. With a compact structure, rational layout, and harmonious appearance, it consists of five main systems for efficient operation.
Key Systems
1. Control System
- Transparent Operation: Utilizes a meter to display current and voltage, offering clear visibility of the machine's operation at a glance. This straightforward monitoring feature simplifies the operation process, unlike some competitors' complex and hard - to - understand control interfaces.
2. Grinding System
- Long - Lasting Performance: Features a high - speed three - phase AC motor with a design service life of up to 20 years. Compared to rival products with shorter - lived motors, this machine provides long - term reliability and reduces the need for frequent motor replacements, saving both time and costs.
3. Clamping and Conveying System
- Precise Speed Control: Employs single worm - gear speed change and AC frequency - conversion speed control. During operation, the glass running speed can smoothly shift between 0 - 4 meters, catering to diverse process requirements.
- Damage - Reducing Design: The timing belt, made of imported Italian materials with a surface adhered with PU and red glue, minimizes glass damage during clamping and transmission. It ensures a strong clamping force between the glass and the timing belt, preventing relative sliding and guaranteeing the accuracy of the grinding line. In contrast, many competing machines may use lower - quality belts that cause more glass breakage or inaccurate grinding.
4. Cooling System
- Efficient Cooling and Polishing: Adopts a circulating - water, double - pump, and double - tank cooling system. With polishing powder added to one of the water tanks, it not only ensures effective circulating cooling but also improves polishing brightness. Some competing models may lack such a comprehensive cooling and polishing enhancement system, resulting in subpar polishing results.
5. Supporting System
- Scratch - Free Operation: The supporting system uses a synchronous belt that matches the conveying system, preventing surface scratches during glass operation. The seamless cooperation between the control and working parts showcases a user - friendly design, a feature that may be absent or less refined in competing products.
Product Ease of Use and Application
- User - Friendly and Precise: The entire machine is easy to use, with stable and consistent grinding accuracy. It serves as an ideal choice for glass deep - processing.
- Wide Application Range: Widely applicable to home - improvement glass, architectural glass, frameless glass, as well as granite, stone plates, and ceramics with a thickness within 20 (units not specified, assume mm). Its versatility in handling different materials gives it an edge over more specialized or limited - use grinding machines in the market.

Daily Maintenance
1. Holding the tooth surface of the back of the timing belt requires three times of lubricating grease, otherwise the normal service life of the machine will be affected due to the premature wear of the front and rear beam guide working surfaces. Each time you fill the lubricating grease, you must open the timing belt of the machine to the tooth surface. Just rotate the timing belt 2 turns.
Daily Maintenance Guide for Glass Beveling Machine
1. Timing Belt Lubrication
- Lubrication Frequency: Apply lubricating grease to the tooth surface on the back of the timing belt three times. Premature wear of the front and rear beam guide working surfaces can shorten the machine's normal service life if this is neglected.
- Lubrication Procedure: Each time you lubricate, open the machine's timing belt to access the tooth surface. Rotate the timing belt 2 turns to ensure even grease distribution.
2. Clamping Force Adjustment
- Optimal Clamping: When clamping glass, ensure the clamping force is appropriate. A force that's too loose will compromise grinding quality, while an overly tight force will increase the machine's load, leading to jitter, crawling, and potential glass breakage, especially when thinning glass.
- Testing Method: To test the clamping force, place a slightly larger glass in the middle of the machine. With the machine stopped, try to move the glass with both hands. Adjust the clamping force until the glass cannot be moved by hand.
3. New Grinding Wheel Installation
- Motor Adjustment: After replacing the grinding wheel with a new one, turn the motor forward and backward handle clockwise. This will back the wheel out of the parallel grinding line, preventing glass from damaging the new wheel.
4. Polishing Coolant Replacement
- Replacement Interval: It is advisable to replace the cerium oxide polishing coolant monthly. Over time, wool generated during the wool wheel polishing process can degrade the polishing effect.
