These aluminum components are expertly fused with natural rubber, ensuring a secure bond that prevents any separation between the rubber and aluminum parts. The natural rubber used guarantees a firm grip on the glass, ensuring it will never slip, thereby offering both safety and precision in handling.
The clamp is designed with eight strategically placed polyurethane casters. The four outer wheels glide smoothly against the outer surface of the glass, facilitating easy and efficient maneuvering. Meanwhile, the four inner wheels are designed to ensure that the clamped glass slides effortlessly along the wheels, preventing any direct contact with the aluminum and rubber. This thoughtful design minimizes wear and tear, ensuring the longevity and consistent performance of the clamp.
