After a new round of research and development, our company upgrades TOYO-LGC2621/LGC3826 high precision twin-cutter semi-auto laminated glass cutting machine. This type of glass cutting machine is widely used in the cutting process of thick plate glass, laminated glass. Hardware and software
We adopt the national square pipe frame welding standard, synchronous belt transmission system, PLC controller system, imported electrical components, stepper motor, LCD display monitor, man-machine interface for production. Compared with traditional laminate glass cutting machines, it's much more convenient for daily operation. Cutting speed can be set directly on the PLC interface, which can fully meet the requirements of different requirements of cutting laminated glass of different thicknesses. The cutting positions of the upper and lower cutter heads are consistent and the matching degree is high. We can guarantee that the glass will not be damaged and discarded during the cutting process.

Steps for usage
- Set processing parameters on the man-machine interface.
- Glass loading.
- Move the glass to the position to be cut, the machine is equipped with a scale.
- The upper and lower cutting heads run synchronously, and automatically spray alcohol to remove the film layer.
- After cutting, the machine automatically breaks apart the glass.
- Move to the heating tube position with air flotation function.
- Unload the glass.
Handing and installation notice
In the process of glass loading and unloading, please handle with care to avoid a collision. During the installation process, please use a spirit level and adjust the bracket so that the table is in a horizontal position.
