Product Description

This machine is a frequency conversion Low-E glass demultiplexer, adopts double-track design, stable operation.
The pressure of the diaphragm wheel on the glass can be adjusted by the air pressure of the cylinder to achieve a clean and complete membrane removal without burning the glass.
The width of the film can be precisely adjusted by hand wheel and scale at the bottom.
When it is fully automatic, the distance of the limit block can be adjusted according to the size of the glass plate, so as to realize the movement of the nose in this area. For skilled workers, the speed can be adjusted by a frequency converter.
When semi-automatic, can manually control the operation of the head, stop or work at will.
The pneumatic structure makes the glass rotate more easily.
