Crane Types and Basics
A jib - crane features a horizontal jib or boom that supports a moveable hoist or sucker lifter. It can be fixed to a wall, a floor - mounted pillar, or an I - steel, resulting in three types: column type, wall type, and I - steel type.
The cantilever crane, a type of jib - crane, has simple structure, is easy to manufacture, costs less, and is convenient to operate. It can be used in specific working procedures or as part of special technical devices, sharing the load of main lifting machinery in a production line.
Applications
Widely used in factory and mine product lines, assembly lines, especially in areas where partial goods conveyance is needed. It has a compact structure, smooth operation, low noise, and is safe, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing.

Structure and Installation
The column cantilever crane doesn't rely on additional building structures for fixing. Its column and arm support are separate parts. The column is set in a basic flange, which is then installed and fixed on concrete using connection bolts. Since the column is stationary, it's called a fixed column. The arm support connects to the column via top and bottom holders, allowing it to rotate 270 or 360 degrees. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Component Makeup
Composed of a column, arm beam, swing mechanism, and lifting mechanism. The column has a swing mechanism and an arm connection flange. The cantilever beam is of sealed box structure. The hoist or sucker lifter is installed on I - beam steel and can move along the beam's longitudinal direction. The rotating mechanism drives the cantilever beam to rotate through a gear transmission mechanism.
