This product adopts the vacuum principle to adsorb the glass on the suction cup, and cooperates with the use of a motor to drive the five-star disk or an independent satellite turntable on a separate drive disk to rotate, so that the machine can process special-shaped flat glass with a rotation diameter of 700-2100MM or 100-700MM. The rotation speed of the five-star plate can be adjusted at will during work. This machine can semi-automatically grind simple shaped special-shaped glass by using a cylinder. When grinding the periphery, the grinding wheel can be manually replaced for coarse, fine grinding and polishing. When grinding the glass bevel, a bowl-shaped grinding wheel can be installed to tilt the grinding head backward to adjust the angle of the bevel, and then process and grind.

Overall performance requirements of glass profile edging machine
- The action of the transmission mechanism should be accurate and reliable, and there should be no obvious vibration, impact, or sliding.

Precautions when using special-shaped machine
1. Whether the height of the suction cup of the worktable of the special-shaped machine is consistent has a greater impact on the grinding effect. When leaving the factory, the manufacturer will self-grind the five sets of suction cup holders, and select the suction cup glue with the same thickness to keep the height of each suction cup consistent. Therefore, do not disassemble and assemble the suction cup under normal circumstances. If the suction cup glue is damaged, you should choose the same thickness for replacement.
2. After the vacuum pump of the special-shaped machine is used for a period of time, the vacuum degree will drop (that is, the suction power will drop) due to water intake and other reasons, so pay attention to check and troubleshoot, otherwise, the machine will work under insufficient suction, which will affect Grinding quality, on the other hand, is also prone to safety accidents.
3. When grinding the glass, make sure that the nozzle of the universal water pipe is facing the grinding wheel instead of dry grinding. At the same time, the machine should be cleaned regularly.
How to operate the glass profile machine
Select the corresponding bevel grinding wheel according to the requirements of the bevel, and then adjust the distance between the grinding wheel and the glass surface according to the thickness of the glass, and then force the grinding wheel against the glass for edging.
Recommended grinding wheel configuration:
1) For processing straight-line straight-edge glass, one medium mesh diamond wheel is generally used, such as 180 mesh diamond wheel and 1 BD polishing wheel
(2) For round glass, one medium-sized diamond wheel is generally used, such as 180-mesh diamond wheel and 1 BD polishing wheel
(3) For processing duckbill glass, generally one 100 mesh diamond wheel, one 240 mesh rough grinding diamond wheel and 1 BD polishing wheel are used
(4) For processing beveled edges, such as mirrors, generally one 100 mesh diamond wheel, one 240 mesh rough grinding diamond wheel, one 3-color resin wheel and one wool polishing wheel are generally used.
Maintenance of the machine
1. There must be sufficient pressure of cooling water during grinding to ensure the efficiency of grinding and the service life of the grinding wheel.
2. If the speed drops suddenly during use, reduce the pressure of the mill and try not to overload it, otherwise the motor will be easily damaged.
3. All glass residues on the equipment must be cleaned up after work every day. Be careful not to touch it with your hands, but directly rinse with water.
4. Add lubricant to the equipment every half month.
5. To prevent freezing damage to the water pipe in winter, the cooling water in the water pipe must be drained after the work is finished every day.
6. Keep the vacuum pump oil at the specified line at all times.
