Product Description

High-quality Insulated Glass Unit Rack is designed for finished insulated glass units before window production. It can make sure the IGUs are put in good storage with elastic bands and plastic protector corners for each slot, This rack is a free-loading harp storage rack (optional mounted on four heavy-duty casters). The base is numbered slots and glass handling controlled by a dual set of replaceable dividing nylon cords and corners.  Glass is delivered to the washer sorted in the proper order to match up with the spacer frames.  
The washer operator simply loads each glass sheet in order from the racks.  Also offered are 100-slot carts for single slotting glass. 

This product is widely used in high-end glass, hollow glass pairing, and other places with a strict requirement on glass placing. It can ensure that a single piece of glass is not hurt when placed. For hollow glass pairing, it can take and put glass accurately, to achieve the goal of saving manpower & time & space. The shelf has a device for fixing glass to avoid glass sliding down when moving. It uses a separate structure, easy to assemble and install, and can greatly reduce the cost of transportation.

• The harp dividing nylon cords and corners are removable, so that the cords and corner can be replaced when it becomes worn.

• HDPE strips also provides a non-stick surface for insulated glass.
• Labeled slots is easy to organize production for the rest of the plant
• Frame for storing / transporting insulating glass units for inside and outside, mounts for forklifts and industrial trucks, optionally four additional casters.
• Multiple racks are shipped stacked & vertically nested for freight savings.
